Please tell us what you liked most about working with Michael

Michael was very courteous as I approached the showroom! I asked him to see a vehicle my wife and I saw on website. After discussing with my wife that I liked the car myself we returned to Michael to do a test drive. After looking at facts and figures we decided to purchase vehicle. We have been discussing a new vehicle for two years. I had narrowed the field down to either Hyundai or Toyoto Highlander. In the end the Hyundai warranty and dollar value was the tipping point. Michael is very patient and respectful, which is a plus for us retired folks! ????
